About Us

Selling or purchasing a home can be a very stressful and confusing process. As a Ranger qualified, army helicopter pilot for 22 years, my military career caused me to relocate on at least a dozen occasions, purchasing and selling countless homes throughout the country. Although it was typically temporary, nothing was more important to me than finding the right home in the right location for my family. I thus decided to become a General Contractor, built my 'dream home', and eventually became a licensed Realtor and Broker upon my military retirement. Lake Murray properties are my specialty! I live on, work on and play on the Chapin side of Lake Murray. I know it well and would love to show it to you. Lastly, service to others first, leadership and teamwork are the gold standards for those that serve in the military.
