I am Joe Hall an LLR , licensed Home Inspector. I have been an electrician and worked in the residential and industrial maintenance field for over 25 years and have a diploma in residential, commercial and industrial electricity. Some relevant experiences I bring to the home inspection profession are: Electrical/wiring, plumbing systems, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, building additions/renovations, mold/mildew remediation, roofing repairs, insulation installation and concrete repair for integrity. I look forward to providing a complete, comprehensive home inspection whether you are buying or selling a home or light commercial business (under 10,000 sq/ft); or it has been 3-5 years since a previous inspection, per International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
